REMINDER! Chipper Program starts today Nov. 27th!
They are starting in the south from Cougar Creek and working their way to Spindrift Rd in the north.
The Comox Valley Regional District and K’ómoks First Nation using Community Resiliency Investment grant funding are offering a FREE yard waste and wood debris pick-up. The program is to encourage FireSmart safety on properties by removing excess yard waste and wood debris that could easily spread fires to homes.
Residents are encouraged to FireSmart their property by
bringing excess wood debris at the end of their driveway before the morning of:
Nov 27 2023
Wood debris will be picked up throughout the day,
chipped and disposed of for FREE.
