As of Tuesday September 20, 2022 and 3 consecutive days of an Extreme Fire Danger Rating, the High Risk Activity Ban has been Reinstated within the Union Bay Fire Protection Area.
Activities such as
- mechanical brushing;
- using fire- or spark-producing tools, including cutting tools;
- grinding, including rail grinding;
- mechanical land clearing;
- clearing and maintaining rights of way, including grass mowing;
