High Risk Activity Ban Reinstated September 20, 2022

As of Tuesday September 20, 2022 and 3 consecutive days of an Extreme Fire Danger Rating, the High Risk Activity Ban has been Reinstated within the Union Bay Fire Protection Area.

Activities such as

  1. mechanical brushing;
  2. using fire- or spark-producing tools, including cutting tools;
  3. grinding, including rail grinding;
  4. mechanical land clearing;
  5. clearing and maintaining rights of way, including grass mowing;
